The order delivery timeline is divided into two stages:

This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

TRACKING

You should receive an email and SMS within 2 business days confirming that your order has been shipped.
To track your order, click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make changes to your order (such as the shipping address) or cancel it, please email your request to +1 307-393-6100 within 3 HOURS of placing your order.
After 3 hours, all orders are considered final, including those with incorrect shipping addresses—no refunds will be issued as the order will already have been processed and shipped to the specified address.
